Stretching, if you can't tell. I guess my lens is perpetually fogged up after I sweat on it for 30 minutes.

SportsTrackLive for Android has the most truly annoying defaults of any program ever in the history of computer science. I think the Difference Engine had more reasonable defaults. My phone came very close to taking a brief flight into the woods next to the trail.

My shins are a little sore, but nothing I'm too worried about yet.
