I always come up with my best ideas while running. Races should have awards for best "bandwidth" in each class, in pounds per minute. I'm slow but fat, so maybe I'd be competitive. It's like Tanenbaum's old saying:
"Never underestimate the bandwidth of a station wagon full of tapes hurtling down the highway."
Anyway, I hurtled a total of 13.1 miles today. Nancy and I trekked out to South Range via Baltic, and then came back on the Bill Nichols trail, which is the old railroad grade. Portions were really sandy and hard to run on, but it wasn't too bad overall.
Time to park the station wagon.
