Don't worry, this is normal.
Welp, I made it through the dreaded 20-minute run of week 5 day 3. It
really wasn't too terrible, but my legs were definitely feeling it.
Nancy showed me some article in a silly running magazine that said I
should slow down by a couple of minutes for "long" runs, so I was
shooting for an 11:30. Woo, running.
Oh, the dip half way was a turnaround. NO WALKING.
