Still pretty stiff from McLain's, though, and I hesitate to say it, I
enjoyed today's run just a little. I seem to be settling in to a pace
just under 10:00/mile, right around 9:50 or so.
Afterward, I rewarded myself with a round of yoga with my favorite
ample-chested yoga lady, Sara Ivanhoe. Time for a nap.
