Sexy.

So maybe marking today as the effective start date of my last will and testament was a bit premature. The three-minute intervals weren't as bad as I'd feared, though I am still lacking in cardio strength.

My shins are happier with the new shoes Nancy bought me. Technical details: They cost $60 and are red and white. My old shoes were $35 and blue and white. (Blue! Can you imagine?)
