Older and lazier
So what's been happening lately? Well, I sprained my knee with remarkable effectiveness after slipping on the ice in the MTU Outdoor Multi-Function Area (parking-lot/skating-rink). Also, I aged another year (happy birthday to me).
And then I was lazy for a while and didn't run. Until something very special happened.
I got these.
I've always wished I had a pair of running shoes in a more asshole color. Nancy got me this pair of Brooks Cascadia 6s in "Speed Green". These trail shoes are a bit heavier than my Ghost 3s, but are much more stable and grippy in the slushy and icy crap that's on the roads right now. Thanks, Nancy!
Oh, anyway, so I did run today.
