Perfect running weather. Good run. I managed a 10:57 for 30 minutes, which is slow but fast for me. Pretty happy about that. Check out the last few minutes there. Like a boss.
Plus, my dork-o-visor worked pretty well. That's a Sansa Clip+ with Sennheiser CX300 'phones. I need to swap them for something with less isolation; I can't hear anything with them in. Except bluegrass.
