Ahh, a really nice run tonight. It felt faster than it was, but I'm not
too torn up about it.
I think I'm starting to feel the difference in effort between running
with more controlled movements instead of sloppily. Feels easier when
I'm not wasting energy on flopping around.
I can't decide whether I like running with music or not. Singing along
to something (mentally) seems to make the time go faster, but I know I
don't pay as much attention to form or breathing that way. And tonight
was pretty quiet and kinda neat to just listen to my foot falls.
Oh man, I think this is getting to me.
