Today's run would have been pretty fast (for me). I was set to do a
10:32 for the run, but had to walk after about 21 minutes or so. My body
just turned to jelly and I couldn't make it go. Not sure what happened,
but I picked it back up and ran the rest of the way.
Kind of discouraging, but things are getting better. I still have shin
soreness, but it doesn't get worse while running.
